Holul dispune de spatiu de depozitare pentru incaltaminte si haine.
Zona de living este dotata cu canapea, SmartTV, masa de cafea, masa de dining, lampa si rafturi pentru depozitare.
Bucataria este open space cu livingul, dotata cu cuptor electric, plita cu inductie, masina de spalat rufe cu uscator, espresor, cuptor cu microunde, toaster, frigider, masina de spalat vase, hota si toata vesela necesara prepararii meselor.

Pretul nu este negociabil si nu include garantia, aceasta reprezentand echivalentul a doua luni de inchiriere.

Owners, we are renting a 3-room deluxe apartment with 2 bathrooms and a balcony, 67 usable m2, floor 6/10, 2 underground parking lots of type Klaus.

The minimum period is 12 months.
Subletting the apartment or parking lot is prohibited.

The apartment is being modernly furnished, and completely equipped.
The hallway has a hallstand for shoes and coats.
The living area contains a L shaped couch, SmartTV, coffee table, dining table, lamp and shelves.
The kitchen is open space with the living area, equipped with an electric oven, induction stove, laundry machine with dryer, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, fridge, dishwasher, hood and all required cutlery and crockery needed.
Central room, even though it is designed to be an office it has an extensible couch, SmartTV, a closet and shelves.
The Bedroom disposes of a king size bed with mattress and memory foam pillows, closet and a SmartTV.
The main bathroom next to the bedroom has a bathtub and the service bathroom placed next to the entrance disposes of a WC, sink, storage spaces and a heater.

SmartHome heating system, with AC in every room, digital Livolo light switchers and a surveillance camera at the entrance.

The apartment is located in a residential area, surveilled video, 10 minutes away from Pipera subway station, 5 minutes to tram stations 16 and 36 and 2 minute to the closest bus station.
In the residential area you can also find supermarkets and a gym.

- non smoker
- employed/business owner with proof

The price includes the rent of the apartment and the 2 parking lots, which are only available for rent together.
It does not include the following costs which will be monthly and exclusively paid by the tenant:
- apartment and parking maintenance costs: ~350 - 450 RON*
- utilities costs (energy, gas, internet and TV subscriptions): ~170 - 450 RON*
*costs may vary depending on the time of year, regulations, packages and consumption.

The price is non-negotiable and it does not include the deposit, that being the equivalent of two months of rent.
